Fleur Kolk has worked in the bridal industry for over 19 years, combining hands-on experience with a strong focus on marketing, sales, and consultant training. For the past nine years, she has specialized in helping bridal teams improve performance, confidence, and customer experience through practical, experience-based coaching.
Throughout her career, Fleur noticed a gap in the industry: while there are countless books about sales, very little training exists that truly understands the unique emotional and professional dynamics of bridal appointments. Bridal selling requires a different approach, one that combines structure, empathy, styling expertise, and emotional intelligence.
Her journey led her to research her first book “Selling in Bridal”, a manual that laid a strong foundation for bridal-specific sales training. Inspired by this concept, Fleur further developed and refined the material into a clear, practical, and modern system designed specifically for today’s bridal consultants.
Her goal with this manual is simple: to provide consultants with a clear, concise guide that can be read in a few hours, easily revisited, and used daily in real appointments, helping bridal professionals create unforgettable experiences while achieving consistent results.
